AN-PTJ-300A Vibration expectoration machine
The product has uniquely created two different penetrating power outputs, four automatic modes and flexible upgrade interfaces, meeting the clinical requirements of different patient groups (pre- and post-operative and various obese, fragile and critically ill patients, children, and newborns). In 2005, the third-generation product PTJ-300 and PTJ-700 series of vibrating sputum expectoration machines were launched, which made the application of sputum expectoration machines more professional and serialized in clinical practice. The four automatic modes are easy to operate and reduce the labor intensity of the users. At the same time, the flexible upgrade interface of the equipment enables the hospital to upgrade according to its own clinical needs. The equipment is extremely cost-effective, stable in quality, and the service promise of three-year warranty provides a solid guarantee for the hospital's future use.
【Contraindications】
Due to the deep percussion and osmotic effect of the medical vibration expectoration machine, extreme care should be taken when using it. Contraindications include:
A. Skin and subcutaneous infection sites
B. Bleeding site (referring to the spiking site)
C. Chest tumors (including ribs and spine)
D. Intracardiac mural thrombus
E. Severe atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation
F. Acute myocardial infarction (except for patients with stable recovery period)
G. Patients who cannot tolerate vibration
[Precautions, warnings and reminders]
The use of the PTJ series vibratory expectoration machine should be carried out under the guidance of a doctor, and the precautions are as follows:
1. The power supply of the instrument must be a 220V AC power supply with a good grounding terminal, and ensure that the instrument is well grounded.
2. When the AP230 sponge yoke tapping head is used for treatment, AP209 can not be used to tap the adapter. For other tapping heads, the tapping adapter can be used.
3. When the tapping adapter is used for treatment, the arrow on the tapping adapter must point to the main trachea.
4. When using the tapping adapter for treatment, try not to exceed the frequency range of 35Hz.
5. When using the PTJ series vibratory expectoration machine for auxiliary expectoration treatment for patients, plastic or disposable paper percussion hoods must be used to avoid infection. It can also be replaced by medical masks, shoe covers or disposable hats that meet the requirements.
6. The patient is treated 2-4 times a day, 1-2 hours before a meal or 2 hours after a meal, nebulized treatment for 20 minutes before treatment, and sputum suction 5-10 minutes after treatment.
7. No side effects have been found in the use of the PTJ series vibration expectoration machine.
Notice
i. AP209 tapping adapter must not be used in conjunction with AP230 tapping head.
ii. When using percussion adapters, generally the frequency range of 35CPS cannot be exceeded.
When you need a more obvious effect, just increase your pressure on tapping your head. Generally speaking, 1/4 to 1 pound of hand pressure for tapping the head is sufficient for ordinary patients. When the patient is lying down, the weight of the tapping head is enough to generate enough pressure to obtain a good drainage effect, and the therapist only needs to guide the tapping head.
When the user finds an abnormal situation when using the device, such as: the indicator light suddenly goes out, the device stops working, or the noise suddenly increases, please turn off the power immediately. Non-professional maintenance personnel should not open the case at will. If necessary, please contact the after-sales service organization.
Maintenance method
A. Clean
The cabinet, wires, handles, brackets, etc. of the FLT series vibratory expectoration machine must be cleaned with neutral soapy water or neutral disinfectant. Obviously, care should be taken to ensure that no liquid drips or seeps into the motor.
The accessories can be sterilized by sterilizing plastic or rubber. Do not use alcohol for cleaning, as it can deteriorate plastic or rubber.
In order to avoid infection and infection, plastic percussion hoods or disposable percussion hoods must be used when using the expectoration machine. Even if the plastic percussion hood will eventually deteriorate, it can still be disinfected in a conventional way.
B. Lubricant
Do not add lubricant to the motor and its components of the vibrating excretion machine. All motors, transmission cables, etc. are sealed and self-lubricating. Do not add lubricant to the parts of the vibratory expectoration machine, except for the rotating wheels of the bracket.
